PROJECT LOCATION – Dairy Circle CONSULTANTS – Innowell Engineering International Pvt. Ltd. AREA – 1,50,000 Sq Ft. NO OF MANPOWER DEPLOYED – 50 PROJECT DURATION – 150 Days NATURE OF WORKS – HVAC Lowside Ducting Work and SITC of Air Terminals. Kitchen Ventilation equipment SITC activities. Total No of Floors – 5 Floors.

PROJECT LOCATION – Kasturba Road CONSULTANTS – Renew Consulting Engineers NO OF MANPOWER DEPLOYED – 15 PROJECT DURATION – 60 Days NATURE OF WORKS – SITC of Baby Chillers, related Valve Packages, Expansion Tank SITC, Thermal Storage Tank modification works, MS and CPVC Pipe modification works.

PROJECT LOCATION – Bannerghatta Road CONSULTANTS – Electroarc Consulting Engineers AREA – 60,000 Sq Ft. NO OF MANPOWER DEPLOYED – 25 PROJECT DURATION – 90 Days NATURE OF WORKS – HVAC Lowside Works, VRF Units, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Activities & Indoor Air Quality Testing.

PROJECT LOCATION – Bidadi. CONSULTANTS – Design & Build Project AREA – 400 Sq Ft. NO OF MANPOWER DEPLOYED – 8 PROJECT DURATION – 45 Days NATURE OF WORKS – Precision AC Unit Supply, related Chilled Water Piping works and Ducting works with necessary Air Terminals

PROJECT LOCATION – Embassy Golf Links, Domlur CONSULTANTS – Design & Build Project AREA – 4000 Sq Ft. NO OF MANPOWER DEPLOYED – 15 PROJECT DURATION – 45 Days NATURE OF WORKS – Duct Modification works, Air terminals replacement, Testing and Commissioning of Fresh Air and Exhaust Fans

PROJECT NAME – GE INDIA PROJECT LOCATION – Whitefield CONSULTANTS – Apec Consulting Engineers NO OF MANPOWER DEPLOYED – 30 PROJECT DURATION – 90 Days NATURE OF WORKS – Replacement of Chilled Water Header lines and rerouting through Trenches, FRP and Painting of Pipes as per Project Requirements.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of HVAC Lowside works including Air Distribution components such as Rectangular Ducts, Elliptical Ducts, Plaque Diffusers, Round Diffusers, Slot Diffusers etc. Project was executed for Total Built Up Area of 45,000 SqFt. Project Included Supply and Installation of Precision AC Units serving to the Server Room, VRF Packaged AC Units for the UPS & Electrical Room and VRF Cassette Units and Hi Wall Units for the Lab Area. Soldering Arm was supplied for the purpose of Exhausting the Soldering Fumes from the Lab Area.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of HVAC Lowside works including Air Distribution components such as Rectangular Ducts, Elliptical Ducts, Round Diffusers, Slot Diffuser, VAV Diffusers which were imported from South Africa. Top most floor had Underdeck Insulation in order to avoid the Heat Gain through Roof. Project was executed for total 6 Floors (Ground + 5 Floors) with Total Built Up Area of 38000 SqFt.
